The education ideologies of Sahmyook Health University are to producetalents equipped with both noble Christian faith and practical
expertise for the balanced development ofbody, intellect, and spirituality based on the education ideals of the Seventh-day Adventist
Church so that they may livean eternal life in the next life while contributing to the peaceful life of their neighbors, the world and the nature in
the present life in the spirit of truth, love, and service.

Objectives
Our university aims to foster professionals who contribute to
promoting health and welfare of the country and local communities,
through balanced development of knowledge, morals, and body,
and teaching professional knowledges, theories, and technologies,
based on Christian education philosophy and under the fundamental
ideology of education in Korea.

- We pursue a sound character education in order to help the students to develop a Christian worldview by realizingChristian education philosophy.
